Wolves Swindle Town

Wolves beat Swindon Town 3-2 to keep up the pace with Leyton Orient at the top of League 1. The following ratios make interesting reading:

Shots:
Wolves 11:23 Swindon

Shots on target:
 Wolves 6:9 Swindon

Corners:
Wolves 4:9 Swindon

Ikeme made a number of excellent saves as well. I think Town fans would probably be justified in thinking they have been swindled.

An early goal by Golbourne and a goal by Kevin Doyle gave Wolves a 2-0 half-time lead. However, Wolves augmented their reputation for keeping their fans on the edge of their seats. They conceded an 82nd minute goal and even Kevin Foley scored a 90th minute goal to restore the two goal cushion, a nail-biting finish was ensured when Mason scored in the 92nd minute.

P.S. This could also have been called Robbin' the Robins.
